Hey everyone! Wanted to come here today and share my review on this mascara I purchased by Thrive Causemetics. So funny story, I am notorious for getting sucked into Instagram and Facebook ads for products. I don't purchase right away and make sure I google the product and find reviews (YouTube, blogs, etc.. -- just to make sure everything is legit!
So I caved and bought the Thrive mascara. It was $24 and if you sign up for their mailing list. you get an additional 10% off. It came with a super cute pouch and the mascara itself.
These are some of my highlights:
Great for lengthening and not at all clumpy
I didn't it gave as much volume as other popular brands, but more so elongated your natural lashes
The price was OK. I through it was in line with most popular brands, maybe a few dollars cheaper (Dior, Urban Decay, Too Faced, etc...)
Didn't melt - with the sweltering heat, I needed a product that wouldn't melt and enhance the bags under my eyes :) I felt that this mascara stayed put.
Overall, would I buy this again? If it were $10, I would say sure, 100%. Personally, for $24 dollar, I would try other brands if you are looking for that thick volume "false lashes" vibe. But if you want some natural un-clumped long lashes, that doesn't run, this could be great for you!
